Enliven residential services enable older people to maintain their independence in a friendly, warm, home-like environment.
Security
Residents' security is our top priority. A security firm undertakes regular checks and our staff are trained to be security conscious. Our homes are regularly inspected for fire safety and fire drills are held at least twice a year.
Meals
Meal time in an Enliven home is an occasion for sharing. Our menus are designed to make sure each resident's individual food preferences are met. We are happy to source food for different cultures.
Family and friends are welcome to join residents for a meal any time. There may be a small fee. Private spaces are available to host family functions and we can organise catering if required.
Pets
We encourage pets within our homes and family and friends are welcome to bring pets when they visit. New residents wanting to bring a pet can discuss this with us.
Hairdresser
Most of our homes have an onsite hair salon. However, we encourage residents to continue using their own salon if possible and we can help with transport.
Alcohol
Residents are welcome to attend a happy hour within the home or visit a local RSA or hotel. Residents are also welcome to enjoy alcohol responsibly in their room.
