Tai chi
Tai chi is a gentle and fun way to keep active and fit. It improves balance, coordination and strength and reduces the risk of falling.
Enliven tai chi classes are designed especially for older people and available in Wellington, Hutt Valley and Kapiti.
Some people may be eligible for ACC funding to attend tai chi classes or they can pay privately to attend.
